Manage entire product(s) lifecycle from initial voice of customer, product concept and business case, through development, launch, product care and obsolescence.

· 
Champion the product and rally the cross-functional team to execute on the product vision / strategy. This team includes, but is not limited to development, medical, global customer support, operations, quality and regulatory.

· 
Lead the development of marketing and communication deliverables (e.g., key messages, brochures, campaign, training manuals, slide decks, etc) to support product commercialization.

· 
Supervise the implementation of the global marketing strategy through the affiliate companies.

· 
Provide high-level support and guidance to the affiliate companies on product issues.

· 
Foster collaboration among a large matrix team. Adapt to fluid market dynamics and align team on product strategy and scope.

· 
Oversee market research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the global market for a product area.

· 
Create and foster strong team spirit and motivates project team and business team. Prepares, implements and monitors international marketing budget.

· 
Assist International Business Leader with business and portfolio strategy development, including product roadmap.

Qualifications:

Formal Training / Education:

Education Level:

· 
Bachelor's Degree (required); Bachelor's degree in marketing or science

· 
Master's Degree (preferred): Business (MBA) or science (e.g., molecular biology, genomics, etc)

Experience:

· 
2 years (Required): 2 year's sales experience in the diagnostic and/or pharmaceutical industry as well as product management experience. Experience should include voice of customer research and ownership of translating this to customer requirements and product scope, market landscaping and competitive intelligence, product positioning and branding, demonstrated experience of translating complex science /technology into marketing messages, creating and launching campaigns, developing and implementing sales training. Demonstrated experience managing matrix or cross-functional teams.

2 years (Preferred): Ideally has launched a product

· 
2 years (Preferred): Budget management experience

· 
2 years (Preferred): Next generation sequencing and / or oncology

·

Travel Requirements:

Estimated Amount: 25% Based on business need. May include conferences, customer meetings, internal training and events.
