Responsibilities

You - as a HCP Compliance Analyst - will be responsible for working with the finance, audit, compliance and other departments of selected Roche affiliates to ensure accurate financial controls and accounting transactions, validating accounting and financial documents data.

Main job activities:

·  Control the HCP line Items of the G/L Accounts (GRIR) and AP of the RE region by analyzing the reports drawn by SAP / integrated to ensure that all purchase orders have been effectively invoiced and their services received with transactions with their proper justification and their allocation in the accounting accounts
·  Reconciling GL Accounts, analyzing SAP-extracted reports to make sure that all presentations and present transactions are in accordance with the FGARs
·  Report ToV using data extracted from SAP and processing them into the integrated system in order to ensure that data from the RE companies are correct correctly processed (e.g. G/L account mapping)
·  Use the Transparency Controls and analyze data recorded in the system to ensure accuracy of transactions in accordance with the rules and standards elaborated regionally
·  Support creation of HCP/HCO as vendors in SAP and MDG-S once created in CRM by the affiliate. Monitor the HCP/HCO vendor master data with direct action on UCI/IK code of the RE region by analyzing the reports drawn by SAP and Transparency Front End ensuring all master data are in line with their allocation in the accounting accounts
·  Consolidate data on a quarterly base and yearly base. Prepare the Country and Regional Decks according to the global template
·  Act as a super user in case of queries from the countries and where relevant escalate the request to the Region and to Global Pharma Finance (Process Manager)
·  Working with precision and quality in order to ensure the reliability of financial reports of Roche affiliates
·  Work to ensure the HCP/HCO transparency reporting of the RE region is accurate, ensuring the completeness of the transactions and reporting in accordance with the Internal HCP/HCO Transparency Guidelines and where applicable external regulations

Qualifications:

·  Bachelors in Business or Finance
·  Fluency in English
·  Additional European language is a plus
·  Min. 3 years of work experience as business analyst working in finance and accounting
·  Strong understanding of Finance processes
·  End-to-end knowledge of P2P process
·  Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO module
·  Good interpersonal relationship, organizational awareness, proactivity, analytical ability, focus and problem solving, dynamism and oral and written communication skills.
·  Excellent Microsoft Office skills
