The Opportunity:

The Business Process Change Manager is a strategic interface, trusted advisor, and reliable business partner between Commercial Operations and IT. Advances the delivery of solution improvements. Builds, coordinates, and maintains an international business network and leads the Change Management team. Provides support and process/systems change management leadership and coordination. Is the voice of the business in requirement gathering, gap analysis, testing, user training, application documentation and interface to end-customers. Engage with stakeholders to understand and support technical changes. Ensures that there is effective end user testing and appropriate training during project and after go live. Represents ongoing business needs to IT after go live. The purpose of this role is to represent the businesses' needs by influencing IT system and process improvements.

Specialized and in-depth comprehensive knowledge and experience in a particular field, or business area. Duties are varied and complex often involving research, analysis and solution development. Provides direction on issues of area of expertise and assist department leadership in setting strategic direction. Requires the regular use of originality and ingenuity. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of a particular field or business function. Is the subject matter expert. Plans, conducts and oversees work involving the largest and most important/complex projects. Does not supervise but provides direction to team on projects and assignments. Works with minimum supervision. Reviews progress with management

Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

Job Facts:

·  Serve as strategic advisor for process owners - represent the businesses' needs by influencing IT system and process improvements
·  Represent Commercial Operations to IT while at same time educate and manage expectations of both IT partners and/or business colleagues through prioritization.
·  Provide 2nd level business support for broad subject matter topics such as identifying the source of a problem, understanding integration points, responding to process questions, logging issues needing escalation in HPSM, and monitoring issues until closed.
·  Participate in business releases by reviewing requirements to assess business impacts, identifying regression and testing needs (i.e. scenarios, test cases, business processes, determine if additional testers are needed, etc.), identifying training needs, and identifying communication needs.
·  Testing coordinator for business releases to deliver best practice solutions. This includes maintaining process maps/solutions, coordinating with SMEs on business support, topics, representing business at global support meetings, escalating Indianapolis topics, and assisting with prioritization of issues

Who you are:

·  Bachelor degree and 5 years equivalent experience
·  Strong knowledge of application & business processes
·  Leadership skills including – influencing without authority
·  Strong communication, presentation, and language skills (written and verbal)
·  Proven experience in conflict handling and change management
·  Strong analytical skills including the ability to trouble shoot issues and identify process improvements Strong Reporting skills (BW, Tableau, etc.)
·  Strong testing skills including the ability to understand testing strategy, execute testing with appropriate integration points
·  Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business and management
·  Ability to document and update business processes and requirements
·  Detail oriented, adaptable to change and ambiguity and possesses a willingness to learn
·  Ability to build authentic working relationships amongst team and with local and global colleagues across functions
