German speaking Accounts Payable Team LeadAs a German Speaking Accounts Payable Team Lead your main responsibility is executing the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level in the accounts payable field and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process. You will contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the Shared Service Centre. Reporting to Junior Accounts Payable Manager you will be also responsible for:
·  Setting up goals for the team members, frequently evaluating individual performances
·  Approving and tracking holidays
·  Coordinating the daily work of the team members and country key contacts
·  Performance monitoring and reporting to the line manager
·  Coaching the team members (SMEs, Key Contacts, Team Members)

You have University/College education preferably in finance or accounting, chartered accountant certificate is an advantage. You have at least 2 years professional experience in Procure to Pay or similar area in a service center environment. You have excellent written and spoken command of English and German . You have the ability to operate in fast-paced and multi-tasking environment, manage various deliverables, and prioritize to achieve results and meet deadlines. Furthermore you have the following skills and qualifications:
