Roche Diagnostics in Midrand is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to provide sales and instrument financial controls and analysis to support the relevant stakeholders in achieving their business and financial objectives.

Among other duties, the role will entail:

· 
Sales Forecasting and Budgeting and Reporting:
•Drive business planning and target setting for sales, instrument placements and CAPEX in line with budget review process•Maintain, update and train users of the business planning tool: BPSP.•Responsible for monthly forcasting process and submission of the monthly outlook for sales.

Reporting:
•Monthly reporting and quarterly verification of IKAM.•Track sales and instrument placement(IP), KPIs and prepare reports for Global, EMEA and Local stakeholders•Prepare the monthly P&L and management pack•Prepare the asset download report as part of monthlyclosing process•Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, updates and ad hoc requests to Global and Local stakeholders•Update and maintain Distributor KPI Dashboard•Prepareand submit theIPICB and LDMC DIS events.•Completethe monthly ICFR controls related to sales and asset reporting

Analysis and Business Parnerting:
•Support Marketing and Sales teams with sales and instrument placement analysis•Align with Financial Controlling Manager to standardize processes with the aim of improving efficiencies and quality of information

Self Management
•Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement agreed improvements in areas of responsibility•Remain up to date with SOPs regarding functional requirements within Roche local or global or on an industry level if applicable (complete IDP objectives for period)

You, as an ideal candidate, will have the following skills, experience and education:

·  Bcom Financial Accounting or Cost Accounting NQF7 level qualification. A CIMA or related Management Accounting post graduate qualification is preferred.
·  At least 3 years financial controlling experience.
