You will be responsible to provide timely and effective support to distributor management and to collect and consolidate tender data, follow up bidding results bid by RDSL and its distributors; update information in RDSL bidding database and assist in bidding analysis report generation; coordinate BA and supporting functions to update the documents contents in tender supporting document system on a regular basis, and support DM regional team to conduct centralized tenders. - Distributor management operation process update and enhancement to support sustainable biz growth; - Supporting cross functional projects for Distributor Management team; - Managing SOP & Operation Guideline for high level management approval; - Assisting bidding operation manager to conduct bidding data analysis, helping to build the data management platform to promote the data oriented, fining management and generate meaningful reports for stakeholders; - Collecting data from external tender platforms, and consolidating with data from internal sources on a daily basis. - Updating RDSL bidding database with feedback from RDSL and distributors, Coordinating with DM regional team to confirm with RDSL sales and distributors their actions for identified tenders, and following up bidding results; - Coordinating related BA & supporting function colleagues to update document contents in a timely manner and Supporting bidding documents by Facilitating approval and chopping process.
