Roche Diagnostics in Midrand is seeking a Customer Services Administrator to process and administer domestic South African market customer orders from order entry to delivery to ensure that customers receive their orders within the expected time period.

The role will entail:

·  Processing orders in line with internal or external customer instructions and within relevant SOPs.
·  Advising and addressing order fulfillment problems with relevant internal customers in line with SOPs for speedy resolution. Ensuring that customers are advised of order fulfillment problems and obtaining further decisions from customers
·  Tracking orders for delivery to customers within SOP requirements.
·  Handling customer orders and service queries by investigating and resolving order delays.
·  Processing and authorizing through UTI emergency orders in line with SOPs.
·  Processing relevant documentation required for the processing of credits and returns.
·  Maintaining and updating all administration systems with relevant customer details and related order and delivery documentation.
·  Processing and sending out customer requested reports within requirements.
·  Carrying out the different claims management and recording operations (for both customer and 3PL claims) in accordance with relevant Global and Local claims SOPs and requirements.
·  Capturing all relevant data accurately and timeously into the relevant customer service management related systems.

You, as an ideal candidate, will have the following skills, experience and education:

·  Required Qualification: A National Certificate or a National Diploma (NQF5 upwards) in Logistics, Supply Chain or Administration.
·  Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years Logistics or Supply Chain (SC) customer services administration experience.
·  Additional Requirements: SAP order management module experience would be a plus but strong ERP experience is key.
