The Concur Business Analyst ensures successful deployment of Concur, furthermore ensures all aspects of the configuration works as expected.

Your main responsibilities will be:

·  Preparing Concur requirement templates for URS, Expense Types, Audit Rules & VAT for countries in scope
·  Meeting with Concur functional consultant to review requirements for each country
·  Providing requirements to SAP team for interfaces
·  Ensuring SAP Ledger code exists in Concur
·  Working with SAP team to unit test Master Data changes, and to receive & unit test GL Validation File
·  Extracting & sharing with countries the fields that need to be localized
·  Preparing test issue logs & review process for using the log with the countries
·  Logging issues that require Concur configuration updates with Concur
·  Working with countries to complete their Communication & Training plans.
