We expect from you:

Interest in technological transformations and their people aspect
·
Interest in communication, training and psychological theories regarding people's behaviours
·
Hands-on experience (commercial or academic) within at least one of the listed areas: communication, training, stakeholders management or planning and coordination of events
·
Familiarity with one of common text editors, spreadsheets and presentation creators. Knowledge of websites or movie creators would be an useful advantage
·
Drive to learn with passion, effective teamwork, interactive communication, achievement of defined goals
·
Excellent communication skills (English)
Let's find out what a usual day of work might look like. You will:

Learn how to analyse impact of digital transformation and identify people affected by it
·
Plan and execute target interventions that helps people minimise their resistance and embrace change
·
Manage communication and engagement activities to guide people through change
·
Define and coordinate training activities to build capability for the future skillsets
What you will get from us:

Full time or part time employment (4/5) for a contract of employment for 12 months with the possibility to extend.
·
Salary: 5800 PLN gross(for full time).
·
