Do you feel your future would cover an experience in supporting clinical trials? If so, come and join the Clinical Operations team at Roche Portugal for a 12 months internship program !

In the Clinical Operations Department, you will collaborate with different teams and external stakeholders to contribute in planning and support the implementation of Roche clinical trials in Portugal. Purpose, Context and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Country Operations Lead and being coached directly by an expert in Start-Up and contracting activities for Clinical Trials, the Intern will be a member of the Country Clinical Operations Department and will be learning, assisting and giving support to :

- local team ensuring preparation of documents and notifications to Ethics Committee and Health Authority

- affiliate study level start up readiness activities, ensuring preparation of Clinical trial Applicationand documents collection to support submissions to Ethics Committee and Health Authority

- local team by organizing and manage documentation and by updating systems and tools, managing digital shared study areas according to Roche standards

- review and tracking of Informed Consent Form and safety procedures, secure document exchange and SUSAR reporting process

Key requirements

- Degree in Pharmacy or postgraduate level Science degree

- Fluent in Portuguese and business English

- Desire to learn, proactive, self-motivated, high level of independent and service oriented

- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills

- Curious and creative, think out of the box, investigate new ideas and ability to understand business and customer needs

We offer an Internship allowance and health insurance.
