Our products and solutions support health care professionals in clinical decision making in a wide field of indications including, cardiovascular, hematology, infectious diseases, metabolism, oncology and women's health.

In CPS Medical & Scientific Affairs we are looking for a Business Support Associate to support the Global Head MSA Medical Affairs CPS and for the Global Head MSA Clinical Science CPS.

As Business Support Associate your main tasks will be:

·  Coordinate all Clinical Science and Medical Affairs strategic meetings and other internal & external Meetings including set up of necessary equipment, documents, materials and refreshments
·  Support and manage the Clinical Science and Medical Affairs Intranet and Share Point Sites and assist with filing and appropriate organization of critical information
·  Proactively providing presentations, information or documents needed
·  Provide routine and extraordinary support on additional special projects including communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders

Ideally, you fulfill the following criteria:

·  2-5 years administrative experience including meeting and event organization and coordination
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English
·  Strong organization and planning skills; ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
·  Pro-active working/thinking, the ability to perform self-consistent, complete task independently and with precision
·  Advanced computer skills including experience with MS Office tools
·  Proven reliability in terms of quality and timelines and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
