Purpose and Mission

To drive and support effective execution of Roche IT Solution Centre business operation management related activities focusing on IT cost and delivery performance measurement, driving internal delivery process rationalization and alignment to meet operational excellence. To coordinate cross teams' resource planning, hiring and logistic requirement aligned with solution centre's growth agenda.

This role is delivery focused and reporting into Team Manager- Operation Excellence, to support him/her in driving various agile IT business change programme.

Responsibilities

·  To generate timely and accuratemonthly Roche IT Solution Centre performance scorecard (KPI metrics) to meet business SLAs/ solution quality for leadership team service review. Monitor and track agreed corrective actions till completion.
·  Review and maintain a list of fit for purpose, agreed annual performance KPI metrics aligned with business SLAs and Roche IT Solution Centre strategic priorities
·  To generate timely and accuratemonthly Roche IT Solution Centre financial reports as part of cost performance measurement and compliance monitoring, aimed to drive transparency and competitiveness against IT solution center cost budgeting vs recovery
·  To own and implement a robust end to end Roche IT Solution Centre annual& quarterly budget review process. To lead collaboration with Team Managers and Finance Controller on cost and recovery exercise aligned with FMI model to mitigate billing dispute.
·  Conduct rigorous data analysis to identify key business value opportunities and IT cost levers as business case for continuous improvement
·  Document and maintain all business operation management related workflow and processes in sharepoint. Act as process champion to generate innovative approaches to improve existing constraints in way of workings, conduct risk assessment and mitigation, create process change awareness and embedding within daily IT operation
·  Maintain the data integrity of KL resourcing plan list, work collaboratively with other SSC KL departments to coordinate in resource hiring and join/mover/leaver related process inclusive seating and logistic related cost.
·  Help to track and monitor any continuous improvement program, record and report on the progress and outcome of cost saving initiatives
·  Drive effective staff/contractors communication and engagement within Roche IT Solution Centre aligned with IT Community building agenda
