Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Leaders. Manage operations such as calendar management, meeting planning, business travel, and expense submission for the assigned Leaders

Key Responsibilities and Activities

·  Act as a back -up for other business facilitators to ensure business continuity.
·  Foresee potential conflicts, proactively anticipate needs and manage all details around the calendar of the Leaders assigned. Proactively set appointments for upcoming events.
·  Manage interactions with respective functional teams - ensure logistics for regular F2F meetings. Provide travel management support for the teams assigned.
·  Coordinate with the Events Delivery Associate for events and associated PO/PRs.
·  Maintain electronic and hardcopy documents in a structured fashion according to our company rules for the teams assigned.
·  Deliver quality communication to internal and external customers with high efficiency.Work with all stakeholders discreetly and confidentially.
·  Support operations and execution of internal events (NatCon, MidCon, trainings, engagement programs), patient support program (PSP) documents, hospital tender documents, MAP, PRC, audit readiness, credit card service management, COREMAP, and GRACE as allocated by the Line Manager
·  Demonstrate the Roche values of Integrity, Courage and Passion while carrying out job responsibilities and accountabilities and comply with the Roche Code of Conduct and all Healthcare Compliance policies and regulations in all interactions and situations.

Who You Are

You must be a University Graduate with a Bachelor Degree in any course and have a proven track record as an Administrative Assistant. You must have an excellent skill in verbal and written English communication, advanced level of computer literacy and strong organizational skills. You are reliable, a good negotiator and have the ability to develop strong relationships with different people across the organization
