Audit and Compliance Analyst

As an Audit and Compliance Specialist you will provide first and second level support to affiliates regarding Audit & Compliance including Segregation of Duties (SoD) while coordinating and executing quarterly information and best practice sessions. You will as well provide Audit & Compliance support within FG.Your main responsibilities will be:

·  Executing, monitoring and supporting Traffic Light Reports across the Roche Group
·  Managing and coordinating roll-outs of Audit & Compliance processes at new affiliates
·  Monitoring and assisting with the timely resolution of identified Audit & Compliance issues
·  Supporting the Audit & Compliance Team in Basel with various tasks and projects

Qualifications required:

·  You have University degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
·  You have minimum two years experience in an external or internal audit function (e.g. Big4 or similar) or alternatively, several years experience as a Shared Service Center accountant.
·  You are fluent in English (writing and speaking), other language skills (Spanish, German, Chinese, French) are an advantage
·  You have good Financial Compliance knowledge including Segregation of Duties, good presentation skills
·  You have good understanding of international accounting and reporting standards (Roche FGAR or IFRS); experience with internal controls is desirable, good analytical skills, capacity to critically challenge and review processes
·  You are a Self-starter and able to work independently.
