ADMD Group Functions (FG) team provides IT services and projects globally to Roche Group Finance, HR, Legal and Communications and Basel Site support . Joining us you will have an impact on services and tools used by thousands of Roche employees every day, in areas like financial planning and reporting, HR management, e-learning and communication.

As an " Associate IT Delivery Manager " you are expected to ensure the implementation of small or medium IT projects/services as per arrangements (budget, time, quality standards, functional requirements, corporate rules) and manage distributed project/service teams in matrix structure (work organisation, allocation of resources, motivating and appreciating). Using your previous experience and provided training, you are to build, maintain and manage relations with Business Partners . You will participate in identifying and addressing Business Partner requirements concerning the application and service development.

You are assisting in cooperation with external vendors of services/solutions, ensuring availability and engaging appropriate resources.

You will be involved in IT services and projects with yearly budgets reaching 10M PLN .

Requirements:

For this position you bring the following qualifications:

· 
Minimum 3 years of experience in work related to software development or IT service management;

· 
Minimum 1 year of experience in coordinating project/service teams and managing IT projects of local and global scope, in multicultural, international and distributed environment;

· 
Knowledge of good practices of IT service management, such as ITIL;

· 
Knowledge of project management (e.g.PMI, Prince2) or agile methodologies (like Scrum, Kanban, Lean);

· 
Experience with financial and/or HR processes, tools and technologies is highly beneficial (e.g. SAP BW, SAP HR, Tableau, TM1);

· 
English proficiency - level C1;

· 
Strong communication skills, ability to cooperate with people at different organisation levels and within multidisciplinary teams;

· 
Creativity and a high degree of intellectual independence.
