Compliance : Take a key role in promoting high standards of integrity. Ensure compliance is in line with global guidelines as well as local laws and regulations through implementation and monitoring of adequate procedures and process controls. Support the local Compliance Officer in fostering a climate and culture of compliance through trainings, monitoring and pro-actively addressing compliance issues.

Legal : Ensure that official and contractual documents are in line with local laws and the risk for potential litigations is adequately mitigated.

·  Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Finance or related areas. Law degree /certificate /credit (completed or ongoing) is preferred.
·  Minimum working experience: 3 years+ (in HealthCare industry is a plus), Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Compliance is preferred
·  Excellent communication skills. Experienced in training/lecturing is preferred
·  High integrity standards and distinct attitude to speak-up
·  Track record to perform well under stress; capable to manage changes and conflicts
·  Fluent in English, pro-active and effective problem solving combined with a pragmatic attitude are necessary to drive changes in the compliance arena and to ensure long lasting results.
