Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Achieve sales target in the area of responsibility.

• Assist in collecting end-customer sales data and monitor performance of Distributors to ensure yearly target is achieved.

協助蒐集終端客戶銷售資料並監控經銷商表現,以確保年度目標的達成

• Support pre and post sales activities, include creating customer facing material, presentation, and customer training.

支援銷售前及銷售後之業務活動,包含建立提供予客戶之行銷文件、簡報、教育訓練

• Record, monitor and track customer enquiries, complaints and/or issues are resolved with high level of urgency.

紀錄,追蹤和監控客戶的需求和抱怨且可以即時處裡

• Manage and maintain assigned key accounts by keeping record of all business transactions, market activities, and competitors.

藉由保存所有交易資訊、市場活動及競爭者訊息等紀錄,來管理和維護主要客戶

• Build credibility and rapport with key accounts to continuously help them recognize Roche products and enhance the recognition and reputation of our products.

與主要客戶建立信用和關係,並持續幫助他們認識羅氏產品與增強對產品的認同和聲譽

• Work closely with logistics to manage inventory and provide accurate forecast

與物流同仁緊密合作做好庫存管理及預估

• Execute key projects in team to ensure results and align with related stakeholders.

配合執行部門內重要專案,以確保成果達成及與利害關係人間達成共識。

• Work closely and collaboratively with cross functions to combine resources, and drive win-win solution.

與跨部門同仁緊密地合作,以達到整合資源並驅動雙贏解決方案

• Adapt to change and drive business results under business environment.

適應在商業環境下的改變,並推動業績成果

• Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.

遵循競爭中的商業行為和準則進行業務開展

Education :

University graduate in Biochemistry, Medical technology or equivalent.

生物化學或醫學檢驗等相關專業大學學歷

Experience :

Minimum 2 years' selling experience in diagnostic, medical device field.

醫療診斷產業相關領域二年以上業務工作經驗

Language Skills :

Intermediate English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

英文中等 (包含聽、說、讀、寫)
