Job Description:
· Service and support for Roche instrument and perform routine monitoring for quality performance
· Update daily any obstacles found in the fields and perform escalation plan as required and follow up any cases within 24 hours
· Responsible for instrument and reagent troubleshooting via phone as well as for customer visit with regards to reagent and assist in instrument installation as needed
· Manage effectively of daily task and job include of reagent task issue activities, pending task, scheduling training, application / assay software upgrade and perform routine visit based on customer priority
· Prepare training material for Roche product related to the training needs to be deliver to Roche customer
· Conduct operation and application training for new instrument placement as well as conduct refresh training to maintain customer in updated information
· Maintain reliability of instrument performance through routine monitoring of quality control. And make sure the instrument has relevant assay problem history and traceable under Case Management System
· Make sure the application and trouble shooting in correct way followed as instructed by GSS and other standard procedure guideline
· Complete all paperwork required by the time requested e.g. territory reports, expense forms,etc.
· Actively seek out business opportunities for companywide products and services
· Report regularly on market information and competitor activity
· Keep customer records up to date, relevant and accurate
· Prepare the monthly report by the firstevery month for management review
· Ensure to handle customer complain and inquiry related with Roche product, and to conform by the SOP applied
· Responsible in customer case handling, including troubleshooting and route cost analysis
Qualification and Knowledge:
· Understand or familiar with Laboratory or In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) business
· Bachelor Degree of Technical Bio Medical, Electronic Devices or relevant
· At least 2 year(s) of working experiences in related with Application or Clinical Specialist on In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or medical device product
· Good technical knowledge of lab essentials & diagnostics market and familiar in analytical testing laboratory
· Intermediate in English (writing and speaking) is a must
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google C-Suites
· Willingness to travel 50 - 60% within your specified geographic region (Kalimantan) and periodic long distance travels for customer support
· Self driven, go-getter, team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Creativity - Openness to new ideas, resourceful, well organized, cross-cultural competence and presentation skills
· Handle customer meetings with ease and ability to provide spontaneous solutions
