As a member of the Office Administration team you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, daily mail, internal and external distribution and for cooperation with the reception of the office building. As an Administrative Assistant your main tasks will include:
·  Receiving and guiding guests, providing badges and all necessary support
·  Booking conference rooms
·  Ordering couriers, taxi, posts DHL, office material and catering
·  Assisting in organizing business travels, helping employees with the necessary administration steps before and after travel
·  Providing personal assistance to certain departments and members of the management team
