OVERVIEW : The Product Manager will assist in the development of action plans, promote sales objectives and coordinate all operational aspects for the related jewelry product lines with a focus on Diamonds in the North American market.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Brand strategy & action plan Implementation:

·  Adapt Cartier International tools to the North American market for the related Diamonds collections (product information, etc.)
·  Participate to the coordination of action plan of all related Diamonds collections (product launches, travelling collection, and other related projects) with internal departments such as visual merchandising, communications and retail in meeting the Brand’s objectives.

Business analysis, sales forecasts & recommendations

·  Monitor sales according to sales forecasts and financial objectives.
·  Partner with Merchandising on the forecasting process.
·  Produce and analyze monthly reports (sales, pricing, client data, etc.) as well as competition tracking (pricing, local actions, client services etc.) to identify strengths and opportunities in new developments and action plans.
·  Contribute to strategic projects throughout the year for the Local and International Executive Management (strategic analysis, sales meetings presentations, business reviews etc.)

Retail support

·  Support the Retail Division by providing information and effective tools to assist in reaching company objectives.
·  Create selling tools & product training for boutiques in order to educate sales associate on Diamonds.
·  Calculate, validate prices & prepare tools for price changes.

 

Qualifications:

·  Degree in a business-related field with minimum 3 years of Marketing experience.
·  Highly organized and detail oriented, proactive, excellent follow through
·  Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage a fast-paced schedule
·  Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently.
·  Solid analytic abilities. Proven expertise in problem solving and multiple project management.
·  Excellent interpersonal, communication skills are needed.
·  Strong analytical skills. Strong proficiency in Power Point & Excel.  Ability to analyses business, create & present impactful presentations.
·  Team-oriented, comfortable interacting and working in a cross-functional team environment.
·  Previous experience in high-end luxury a plus. Ability to speak French is a plus. Knowledge of Diamonds a plus.
