MAIN PURPOSE

The Sales, Marketing & Communication Executive supports the Brand Manager in its mission to develop the performance of the brand in Australia. This covers all aspects of the brand’s sales administration, enquiries, inventory control and Marketing & Communication activities. The role will assist in the implementation of the strategy decided by the Brand Manager, from a commercial, marketing and PR point of view.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Sales Support and Stock Monitoring (20%)

POS Management

·  Manage PLV stock: monitor stock on hand, maximise existing tools, recommend stock to clear
·  Process PLV orders for retailers and organise deliveries with the brand & Logistics in Australia and Singapore
·  Assist Brand Manager through annual POSM ordering process to HQ

 

·  Marketing and Communication (50%)

With significant interaction with the Regional Marketing & Communication Manager based in Singapore

·  POS: Working closely with partners, support VM visibility implementation in line with HQ guidelines and identify brand visibility opportunities.
·  Capex & store planning management: Assist brand manager in liaising with store designers/general contractors/HQ/ partners and manage project budget.
·  Event: Support conceptualisation and organisation of events and instore activations to reach defined ROI. Assist Brand Manager in the annual Watches & Wonders preparation.
·  Media Plan: Support Brand Manager in strategizing media investments in print, digital and social medias, briefing Media agency and rolling-out the yearly advertising plan.  Assist Brand manager in developing opportunities of coop-advertising.
·  Press, influencers and partners social media posting: Grow Brand awareness and desirability in Oceania through earned media by nurturing constantly key contributors and identifying gaps and opportunities
·  CRM: Working closely with partners to develop CRM Tools and activations to develop the Oceania data base and client engagement
·  Training: be a brand expert, and assist Brand Manager with training implementation
·  Products catalogue & price lists: maintain database updated with creation, modification of references, descriptions, prices and codes

 

·  Customer Service management (5%)
·  Manage consumers’ online, email and phone requests in coordination with Brand Manager
·  Manage retailers’ requests: assist to investigate on client complaint; liaise and follow-up with Richemont supporting services and/or Regional or HQ team to propose solutions

 

 

·  Account Management & Market visit (10%):
·  Support Brand Manager by visiting predetermined customers on a monthly basis
·  Check merchandising visibility and stock on hand; improve stock presentation if needed
·  Collect feedback on outlet and brand performance, consumers and competition activity
·  Assist with the update of the brand on retailer websites and implementation of e-commerce with partners
·  Assist Brand Manager in implementing new corners in retailers stores / liaising with Regional HQ
·  Report back to Brand Manager with key points and proposed actions if needed

 

 

·  Reporting (5%)
·  Assist Brand Manager in preparing weekly & monthly reports for HQ
·  Assist Regional Marketing & Communication manager in preparing monthly Press Clippings and Marketing reports. Day to day tracking of the Advertising and Promotion expenses and support in the creation of the yearly budget and quarterly LE.
·  Follow up on key performance indicators: sell in, sell out, stock inventory, A&P budget

 

 

·  Back office (10%)
·  Order branded stationery and supplies as needed
·  Maintain an organized administration system within the department
·  Support Brand Manager as required (admin, generating reports, presentation support, competitive analysis)
·  Assist in making travel and meeting arrangements for the Brand Manager

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·  University or Business School Graduate
·  Ideally 1-2 years working experience in a similar role, preferably in premium/luxury goods environment
·  Marketing & Communication Experience is essential
·  Sales and customer focus
·  Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, and work within tight deadlines
·  Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills
·  Strong communication and presentation skills
·  Team player; creative and passionate
·  Ability to work well at all levels of the organisation (HQ, Regional team & Local team)
·  Ability to engage, motivate and convey key brand messages with external stakeholders
·  Basic accounting and finance knowledge
·  Extensive software skills; SAP usage experience a plus
·  Strong command of Microsoft Office and computer skills
·  Fluent in English; additional language (French or Chinese) is a plus
