Advising via phone and web-based channels, you always focus on the highest quality of service while supporting our clients. You aim to educate them and consistently exceed their expectations. You pride yourself in nurturing a strong relationship with your clients, always staying one step ahead regarding client needs and solutions.  ​



To ensure further growth of the business, you combine your excellent customer service skills with a keen commercial sense, to identify possible sales opportunities and increase the engagement of our customers. ​



We will support you in truly becoming an expert on luxury products, our tools and procedures and in providing outstanding client experiences. If you have a thirst for expanding your knowledge and building a strong network with colleagues from across the globe there is no limit to the success you can achieve within the Richemont group.

To contribute to team success you:​

Have strong previous experience in offering outstanding customer support and exceeding client needs​

· 
Are able to communicate at a native level and with the luxury tone that befits our Maisons in German and English, both written and oral​

· 
You have a positive, empathic and optimistic approach that will really engage and mesmerise our clients​

· 
A natural talent for rich story-telling and upholding the quality identity of our Maison
