MISSION

The Project Manager of cross-functional projects (Accounting & Finance, Logistics, IT and commercial department) will be responsible to change, improve and optimize the Company’s internal processes.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Main purpose of the function:

·  Analyze the current business processes in terms of their possible optimization
·  Analyze the new business processes
·  Form project group and key project participants, project tasks
·  Lead the project, respect the deadlines, take the risks, budget control
·  Make regular reports and follow-ups (ppt format and mailings)
·  In case of necessity involve sponsors and managers
·  Support the full launch

 

Job requirements:

 

·  High technical education
·  Fluent English is a must, Native Russian
·  Confirmed experience as PM lead
·  Understanding of Finance, Logistics and IT processes in a western company
·  Ability to work with processes regulated by policies and procedures
·  Multitasking, conduct several different projects simultaneously
·  Good communication skills

 

Fixed-term contract for 10 months
