MAIN PURPOSE

The mission of the position is to manage the merchandising planning on the timepieces and the accessories. Cooperate with the HQ team and the local commercial team to optimize the stock and the allocation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Merchandising planning
·  Manage stock allocation, distribution on both watches and accessories to the internal and the external network.
·  Assist in planning and tracking for the novelty launch in the network.
·  Work closely with operation, the commercial team for the stock request and allocation.
·  Define monthly needs based on the back orders, stock and the sales forecast.
·  To be the main contactor locally to exchange the feedback with HQ teams in Switzerland.
·  Work with the internal supporting functions such as the logistics, finance, FP&A.
·  Support the event such as SIFF, mall promotion, roadshow from product perspective.
·  Coordinate the staff sale on site and online.

 

·  Reporting and Business Analysis
·  Monitor the planning KPI such as the availability rate, order fulfilment rate and etc.
·  Analyse Sell-in, Sell-out trend, and monitor network stock.
·  Handle the ad-hoc report request.

 

JOB PROFILE:

·  Bachelor’s degree or above.
·  5 years’ experience in the supply chain / merchandising planning position, hard luxury industry is preferred.
·  The experience in the merchandising allocation is a plus.
·  Ability to learn complex procedure and proactive in proposing innovations and improvement.
·  Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
·  Skills required: Communication Skills, self-management, team player Sensitive to figures and detail-oriented, Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
·  Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
