Merchandising Assistant

Responsibility

Daily Replenishment: assistant buyer to proceed daily merchandise replenishment & delivery

Product Launch: work closely with buyer to make sure the set-up of right TSS/TSL in size and quantity at store level before the launch

Communication: communicate with retail stores to follow up and manage product delivery;assist the product request from retail stores and gain product feedbacks as well

Report: update the buyer with the sales performance of carry-over and seasonal products on Weekly/Monthly basis

Training: assist buyer to organize training material for seasonal training

Buying: help the buyer to prepare buying reports, participate during buying session and assist the buying follow-ups

Other tasks assigned by the line manager

 

Requirement

Bachelor degree or above

Fashion-luxury oriented with strong passion for fashion/luxury industry

Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel; good presentation skills

Strong communication skills and analytical skills

1-2 years working experience of retail-related industry data analysis or system maintenance

Fluent in both written and oral English and Mandarin, French will be a plus

Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and high teamwork spirit

Ability to work under pressure
