KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Media Buy – LL COOP

·  Overall budget plan/split of LL COOP media for both RT & WS channels
·  Annual LL COOP media booking proposal for key cities/locations as per alignment with RT & WS and management
·  Annual motif proposal and visual change plan as per campaign launch schedule
·  New OOH location’s alignment and approval from HH
·  Prepare and submit quarterly LL COOP photo report
·  OOH visual order,  production and installation arrangement
·  PO/Contract/Payment process
·  BBB update on time

 

Media Buy – Barter & Offline media buying/coop content support

·  Support for annual barter media strategy
·  Follow up with barter agency for  barter media booking and price negotiation
·  Follow up with media agency for OOH & print media annual plan, campaign and budget split
·  Follow up with media agency and offline publishers on coop content execution
·  Visual delivery accurately and on time
·  BBB update on time
·  Payment process on time (for offline media buy)

 

EDM

·  Support CRM team to define quarterly EDM distribution plan based on HH calendar
·  Local EDM brief to HH as per local campaign launch and special festivals
·  Content translation/fine-tone with support of global EDM agency
·  Align with CRM/EC team for product placement EDM and define distribution channels

 

Proofreading

·  Work closely with global translation agencies for all communication materials’ proofreading, including product sign, leaflet, brochure, catalogue, PDB, motif text copy, etc.
·  New collection name alignment with other functions

Publication

·  Overall budget plan and order arrangement
·  Align with commercial team and management for order quantity & further distribute to all channels
·  Weekly stock check
·  Payment process

 

Others

·  Prepare marketing content for MTB Intranet
·  Marketing team admin work support
