For our Sponsoring & Entertainment department, at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an
INTERN PARTNERSHIPS & ENTERTAINMENT
(M/F — 100%)
Our product lines are closely linked to long-standing partnerships and collaborations. With an internship in the Partnerships and Entertainment department, you will be involved in exciting international projects and gain a unique insight into the link between professionally structured partnerships, as well as cooperation with brand ambassadors, in the luxury sector.
Start : January 2021
Duration : 6 Months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Operational and administrative support related to all partnerships & entertainment activation programs, including asset management, program implementation support, product & contract logistics
· Creation and updating of project management tools, management of evaluation processes
· Communication and alignment with international stakeholders and service providers (external partner and internal global platforms)
· Coordination of local brand ambassadors aka ‘’Friends of the Brand’’
· Preparation and onsite support at various events
YOUR PROFILE:
· Bachelor or Master degree in business, communication or law
· Proactive thinker, hands-on mentality, agile and reactive
· Basic practical experience in marketing, event management, trade marketing or communications
· Excellent social and relationship skills
· Excellent MS Office skills
· Fluency in English, German & French advantage
