dunhill – Global Ecommerce Intern

(Fixed Term Contract – 6 months)

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain experience in Ecommerce. The main areas of responsibilities will be with the assistance of the smooth running of the dunhill.com website working with both the trading and website team. Also to provide cross-functional assistance to wider commercial team.

 

·  Support digital team to ensure excellence and efficiency across all digital channels
·  End to end user testing of dunhill.com & third part sites ensuring content, categories, product information and checkout are correct and functioning and user-friendly across browsers and devices.
·  Support the Ecommerce team by ensuring the website customer journey is optimised through analytics, customer research and understanding of the competition, continuously looking for improvements to drive conversion.
·  Use web CMS to support website and online trading across online visual merchandising, publication and attributes tool e.g. 'new arrivals' to correctly maintain site labelling
·  Create new product categories to support marketing activities
·  Update seasonal and specialty product areas of the site
·  Support with product accuracy and website bugs
·  Maintain the navigation, monitoring performance and seasonality
·  In line with the Trading strategy assist Content Coordinator to execute content across site and run quality control processes to ensure flawless execution
·  Support Content coordinator in testing web pages before publication across languages and devices ensuring link, captions and images are correct
·  Ensure website assets are always accurate and up to date
·  Assist with analysing and producing daily and weekly sales reporting
·  Run publishable item / inventory reports for digital teams
·  Participate in team creative brainstorms and process optimisations
·  Maintain ecommerce budget tracker, vendor set ups and raise POs
·  Helping to coordinate general administrative tasks for digital and commercial teams
·  Help with wider digital projects and other miscellaneous tasks as required

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

·  Ecommerce experience within the fashion luxury sector would be desirable
·  Strong numerical, analytical and verbal communication skills
·  Excellent time management and organisational skills
·  Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail
·  Strong interest in Ecommerce and digital channels - results driven and dynamic approach
·  Team player, at ease with transversal and multi-sites organization
·  Pro-active, enthusiastic and tenacious attitude – keen to challenge the status quo
·  Reacting intelligently and responding to unforeseen requests
·  Excellent knowledge of Excel and good understanding of website management tools
·  Ability to prioritize the work load and learn new processes and systems quickly
·  Ability to communicate with different teams and liaise with people from diverse backgrounds
