Key responsibilities

·  Responsible for database maintenance, focus on data quality, support to modify client data according to store request in SAP
·  Plan, develop and implement CRM seasonal campaign and engagement campaign/project to drive traffic to boutique & PFS, evaluate and measure the performance
·  Assist to Wechat work management, Wechat work database maintenance, operation & continuous optimization, coach SA, monitor KPI by door & SA
·  Customer journey communication design and implement from acquisition to repurchase
·  Data/Information collection and confirmation with boutique manager, assist to fulfill store requirements on client lists for loyalty and provide routine tracking
·  Data consolidation for CRM analysis, support to track the CRM KPI for Retail, wholesale and E-com
·  Support to gift management and shipment
·  Support to client hospitality management on campaign basis
·  Work closely across teams to roll out CRM project and support to internal and external coordination



·  Passion for loyalty and customer management
·  Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and outlook
·  Logical mind set & Good communication skill
·  Result oriented & detail-oriented
·  Good experience with CRM tools
·  Fluent in English, both in written and spoken
·  2+ years of experience in CRM or data analytics is preferred
·  Full-time
