Role & responsibilities:

 

·  The achievement of sales targets, monitoring individual/boutique sales goals and identifying opportunities to gain new clients and increase sales
·  Impeccable product know-how and ability to engage clients with appropriate products or collections
·  Exemplary Customer Service 
·  The handling of all customers and the development of long-term client relationships
·  Maintaining CRM standards and contributing to the quality of the database while reviewing, updating and cleaning the data
·  Adhesion to Boutique procedures regarding stock integrity, including regular inventory controls and random stock checks
·  Gradually building expertise in a selected product category; regular sharing of knowledge with team members

 

Ideal profile:

 

·  Mandarin or Chinese speaker preferable
·  Constant proactivity
·  Excellent selling skills
·  Strong communication skills
·  Exemplary team working spirit
·  Solid competence with till systems and Microsoft Office
·  Fluent English and second language ideal
·  Confidence in handling high value transactions
·  Passion for the Maison, its history and culture
·  Retail or luxury hospitality background
