Cartier is looking for an Assistant Jewellery Product Manager Intern, on a 6 months contract. The main missions will be to:
· Assist the Product Manager on her daily job by replying to and handling basic email requests (i.e. products recommendation to Press or Media, updated prices, etc).
· Daily assistance to all distribution networks (Retail, External boutiques and e-commerce) and close collaboration with Merchandising, Media, CRM, VM, Training, Press & Events teams.
Analysis:
· Carry out weekly and monthly analysis (per network, collections, segments, clients, etc).
· Novelties performance follow-up.
Sales tools:
· Help develop sales tools and collateral to support collections.
· Follow-up of projects with external companies: printers, suppliers, etc.
· Tariff books and mapping update.
Competition:
· Competition follow-up: mystery shopping, competition news, competition best-practices.
Cross-departments projects:
· Help coordinate cross-departments projects i.e. events and trainings.
· Following & organizing meetings.
Ideal Profile
· Minimum bachelor degree / 3rd year+ in a business school.
· Marketing experience and/or experience in the luxury market.
· Experience in project management (efficient organizer, multi-tasker) + assisting project managers.
· Used to deal with different stakeholder and constantly interact with different departments.
· Fluent in English.
· A team player with good interpersonal skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with presentation skills.
· Strong analytical, strategic and conceptual skills.
· Strong internet and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint…).
· Proactive, organised, goal-oriented and adaptable.
· High degree of integrity and loyalty.
