Poste et missions:
As a JunioR HR Generalist for the GBU Peroxides:
- You understand the current and future business needs and challenges within your perimeter and are able to support the declination of this into HR initiatives
- You ensure the deployment of the HR policies and programs within your perimeter
- You support managers in creating an engaging work environment, managing employee and team performance and developing talent
- You support the management of organizational changes, talent acquisition, internal mobility, within your perimeter
- You contribute in building career and development paths
- You are part of Learning Paths projects within Industrial, Supply Chain and Commercial and contribute to specific projects across BSA (target behaviors, …
You will report to the HRD of the GBU Peroxides.
Profile:
- Higher degree in HR, business administration or similar
- Ideally first experience in a business oriented and broad HR position
