Job Overview and Responsibilities
Solvay's Home and Personal Care (HPC) business unit is currently looking for a V.I.E Business / Marketing Manager, based in Princeton, New Jersey.
The V.I.E has to handle several tasks :
- Assist in gathering intelligence and understanding of the North America Market for Home and Personal Care (market size, competitive landscape, customers...)
- Assist in repositioning / positioning / streamlining a portfolio of 400+ products to ensure adequacy of the offer for the future in the existing business
- Support the development and positioning of an offer for new segments, including promotion tools (presentation, brochures, leaflets)
- Help define / manage internal projects
- Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager
Profil:
Education and Experience:
Masters, Engineer School, Recent Graduate
Skills:
Experience / basic knowleged in physico-chemistry
experience in Home and Personal Care would be a plus
Strong Analytical skills, Strong oral and written communication skills
Advanced Excel skills (VLookups, IF formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables,etc)
Ability to summarize and communicate important data
Flexibility and ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks
Team and service-oriented
Dependable; Responsible; Motivated
Detail Oriented
English (Fluent)
Additional Information:
VIE contract for 12 months, renewable up to 6 additional months.
The candidate shall not currently hold a valid USA J1 Visa to carry out this assignment in full.
