Mission and Scope:
Global strategic sourcing for Power-Take-Offs and Hydraulic Pumps.
Core responsibilities and main deliverables
- Lead cross-functional team to define and maintain segment purchasing strategies.
- Lead cross-functional team to make supplier selections.
- Negotiate supplier agreements and major commercial issues.
- Deliver to Projects and other internal customers on time.
- Meet targets of MCL (material cost level).
- Monitor long term suppliers’ performances in terms of QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Functionality).
- Keep data base in purchasing systems updated.
- Coordinate and prepare supplier management meetings.
- Work closely with Project, Operation and Aftermarket Purchasing to get best overall result for the company.
- Act as supplier relationship host.
Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in engineering or business.
- Minimum 2 years purchasing experience, preferably in automotive.
- Analytical, logical.
- Structured way of working.
- Self-driving and work independently.
- Proficient in English.
- Good communication skills.
- Open and willing to work in international environment.
- Technical knowledge of vehicle and powertrain system is a plus.
