Job description

Our Territory Sales Managers (aka Strikers) are responsible for strong Account Management at store level within Independent Grocery and Route within their Universe (defined geographical territory). Our Strikers are also responsible for coaching and engaging with our indirect sales team (distribution partner representatives and third party merchandisers) to ensure maximum reach and relevance of Red Bull.

·  Strong Account Management at store level in Independent Grocery and Route:

Increased Product ranging and distribution

Deliver Perfect stores in your called on Universe

Management of Promotional Compliance

Activate “World of Red Bull” using functional POS in your stores

Disciplined spend management

Total Compliance to Call Cycle

·  Coach and Engage indirect sales team (Distribution partner reps, third party reps and third party merchandisers):

C oach, engage and develop the indirect sales team so as to make them extended arm of the brand.

Ensure the indirect sales team are meeting their KPIs

Weekly catch up with your indirect sales team

·  Act as a Red Bull Brand Ambassador

At all times work in accordance with Red Bull values (professionalism, focus, responsibility and passion)

Reporting in full and on time, working with honesty & integrity

Participate in creating a winning team culture

Maintain a high standard of personal presentation to the trade at all times

Ensure vehicle is clean & tidy inside and out at all times

Follow all vehicle management processes as directed by the company

Report any mechanical or maintenance issues immediately

Drive with care and respect for other motorists – this is a branded vehicle

Obtain & maintain a Safe in Store Pass

Ihre berufliche Erfahrung:

· 
At least 2 years’ previous experience in sales.

· 
Strong Account management skills

· 
Strong commercial sense to be able to manage spend & budgets

· 
Conceptual selling skills to be able to sell on benefits rather than deals

· 
Efficient journey planning and geographical knowledge of territory

· 
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and active listening skills

· 
Ability to work autonomously, organise, plan and manage time effectively

· 
Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills

· 
Works with Professionalism, Focus, Responsibility and Passion by demonstrating:

Relevant University Degree Preferred (business, marketing or similar)
