·  CUMPUS MISION

Identify key groups we must win on campus

Build a campus plan that ensures strong impact on the total student audience throughout school year in accordance with the national business plan, engaging new users and diverse groups on campus via the following tactics:

Driving trial on a daily basis via one on one seeding and coordination of Wings Team Sampling missions as appropriate, with a focus on core consumption occasions: Study, Sport and Party

Building image via Red Bull owned events, brand personality hacks and sharing Red Bull properties via social media

Integrate our product and brand with student Big Moments, unique to campus experiences and selected third party events

Drive visibility and availability of the product by placing POS and passing on sales opportunities to our commercial team

Develop relationships with campus opinion leaders to build brand loyalty among a variety of groups on campus

Build relations with and secure coverage of RB properties via the campus media (if applicable)

Adhere to event/activity/training guidelines to ensure quality execution in aspects of the role

·  PRODUCT AND BRAND EXPERTS

Act as a Red Bull ambassador at all times: always professional & courteous to consumers/campus contacts/authorities

Become a credible product and brand expert: know the product ingredients and brand values

Identify relevant image & usage occasions: incorporate brand & product knowledge into an ambitious campus plan

Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Red Bull properties and athletes

Maintain knowledge of global, national and regional events and initiatives

Build brand awareness via social network sharing of relevant Red Bull content.

·  SALES SUPPORT

Assist local sales team to ensure perfect distribution and visibility on campus

Visit local accounts to check stock and point of sale displays, communicating back to our local sales team

Identify distribution opportunities on and around campus

Routinely work with sales team to open new accounts and support sales drives and national campaigns

·  MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

Ensure a constant flow of new ideas on Red Bull's online collegiate portal (RBU) - the online home of the SBM program

Consistent, accurate and professional reporting of own SBM activity via RBU

Monthly reporting of current campus distribution as well as top sales opportunities on and around campus

Aid in recruitment and training of potential SBMs

Be able to identify future Wings Teams Members and exchange contact information for CCM

Identify future mission opportunities on or around campus and share relevant information with CCM and Wings Team Captain
