· In a nutshell
Reporting to the Global Head of Procurement, in this exciting role you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing of production services for Red Bull Media House. In addition, you’ll be in charge of supplier relationship management and performance rating of suppliers. You’ll act as an integrated part of the organization, being a partner for the content development and production amongst other business units. You’ll establish a state-of-the-art strategic procurement policy and drive it’s constant optimization.
· Strategy & Planning
You’ll enforce the execution of supplier relationship management procedures, outsourcing guidelines, obligations and service level agreements within the business units. Additionally, you’ll identify, interview and qualify potential new strategic production partners in order to ensure more cost-effective sources of products and services.
· Collaboration with strategic partners & Operational Management
You’ll define purchasing recommendations that support business goals, in collaboration with stakeholders. In addition, you will negotiate pricing, terms and conditions of contracts with key production companies and foster supplier relations. In order to ensure quality of service, you will monitor vendor, service provider and/or contractor performance.
· Target setting & Reporting
You will set, track and achieve procurement targets. Additionally, you will report commercial and performance KPI’s to the management.
· Projects
In this position, you will set-up and drive projects, like the implementation of a procurement software and vendor management software.
Desired profile
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
·
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in a global organization
·
Knowledge in project and process management
·
Familiar with supplier contracts
·
Ability to drive the delivery of financial, operational and performance objectives
·
Interest in media market and media procurement processes
·
Advanced skills in MS Excel
·
SAP experience desirable
·
Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written) in English and German
·
High level of personal energy and drive
·
Excellent analytical skills
