Job description

The Sr. Manager, Sales Training & Development is directly responsible for maximizing Red Bull North America, Inc. (RBNA) Sales & Distribution team effectiveness through the oversight, development, intergration and delivery of training programs to increase the skills, knowledge and ability to achieve RBNA business plan objectives. The role will also identify needs across existing training curiculum (Retail Sales, Distribution, Category Insights, Foodservice, Trade Marketing) and make recommendations to build additional capability, partnering with internal & external stakeholders, as well as identify and integrate new curriculum to meet business need (s).

·  Training Content & Design

·         Oversee rollout and application of Red Bull global sales framework & curriculum into RBNA.

·         Identify, create and deliver additional Sales training program(s) focused on core skill development across Sales & Distribution disciplines, with a focus on competitive differentiation.

·         Collaborate with RBNA Talent, cross-functional and global Sales to integrate North America specific curiculum while aligning with Red Bull framework around Sales & Talent Development.

·         Conduct research to determine strategies for future development.

 

·  Training Delivery & Enablement

·         Facilitate training classes.

·         Lead, coach and develop the Sales Training & Development Specialist team.

·         Drive program acceptance within sales organization,through feedback & coaching andmanager engagement..

·         Enable field based training programs   where deemed necessary.

 

·  Planning & Measurement

·         Plan and manage annual RBNA Sales training budget.

·         Partner with RBNA Talent to design and implement evaluation metrics to produce results on training effectiveness.

·         Implement and manage RBNA annual Sales Training calendar and delivery timeline based on key orgnanizational milestones including new hires, on-going and progressive training, annual meetings and launches.

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
- 5-7 years experience in Sales development, commericial training or similar position.

· 
- CPG industry and/or Beverage experience preferred.

· 
- 2+ years previous sales / account management experience.

· 
- Proven track record in curriculum development, content generation, training delivery, long-distance learning tools and techniques, gamification, and practical knowledge of CRM, LMS systems.

· 
- Outstanding communication (written & verbal), listening & facilitation skills.

· 
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· 

Bachelor’s Degree Required
