·  Oversee the Global Social Media Presence for Sport Focused Verticals

In this role, you´ll be responsible for Red Bull’s global Sports social media properties. Your goal is to grow audiences and engage users within the sports verticals by using new platform technologies and optimizing the existing tools. You´ll be responsible for the Adventure, Bike, Snow, and eSports categories.

·  Develop global strategy

In this role, you have the opportunity to define a Global Strategy across Red Bull Sports Properties and work with our 160+ markets in defining publishing flow and unified tonality. The creation of cross platform release strategies and a clean content workflow between our entire organization and the Sports channels will be part of your tasks as well.

 

·  Community Management

One aspect of this role will be, to guide the editorial tone, voice, and communication across the sport categories and to ensure that we speak to endemic audiences credibly, as well as mainstream audiences, to bolster community growth, credibility and engagement across all Sport verticals.

 

·  Content Release plans & Real-time Social Content Production

You´ll work closely between the programming team and our entire organization to align and communicate all social posting around key events and athlete projects. You´ll ensure that our channels have content to promote around your key projects, athletes, and events. Developing and delivering user-focused Facebook and Instagram Live & non-live stories around key projects, athletes, and events is also part of this role.

·  Analytical Decision Making

Another exciting aspect is the monitoring of the performance of all content within your sports verticals and projects. You´ll be working closely with our analytics team to ensure that we are optimizing reach potential and will be responsible for communicating analytics data to all relevant stakeholders.

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience publishing content to big brand Social Media channels

· 
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere / Final Cut, Platform CMS & Analytics tools

· 
Video production / editing experience a plus

· 
Deep knowledge of and strong interest in sports / action sports

· 
Strong understanding of Digital Products, video consumption patterns, and social media platform algorithms

· 
Familiarity of internet trends, content formats, and language

· 
Resilient, passionate, structured, and well-organized person
