Job description

The regional sales analyst evaluates and analyzes data over time, creates forecasts for future sales trends, and presents conclusions to budget owners and commercial managers, for the Central America Region. Is responsible for the administrative processes, such as control of expenses and contracts in order to maintain the budget and evaluate the results in a regional scope for the On Premise and Off Premise channels.

·  Off Premise

- Examines company trade sales budget.

- Build custom reports according to Business needs and requests.

- Track all internal sales data both daily and monthly and provide consistent, accurate and timely reporting of opportunities for growing efficiency, gaining Market share and driving Red Bull growth across our different SKUs.

- Collect and report sales and distribution data from our distribution partners by working closely with them and our DP Managers to ensure accurate and timely availability of the data for further analysis.

- Communicate with distribution partners to ensure consistently accurate data delivery for Excel uploads.

- Delivery of Monthly reporting deliverables relating to Internal Sales by Channel, SKU and Outlet Type.

- Track and report on the progress against incentive targets set with individual DP partners.

- Development of new, better analytical tools that will improve Sales performance and empower Sales teams

- Provide feedback and input on Promotional activities concerning consumer activation and price points to ensure optimal Return on Investment and customer profitability.

·  On Premise

·       Provide the payments in the right dates by document organization

·       Provide the distributors of free goods with receipts of solicitations review the controls and forward to the Logistic Department.

·       Control the expenses (cash and free goods), through the analysis between financial report and internal spreadsheet.

·       Follow the regionals expenses in order to ensure that it will not exceed the budget.

·       Assure the right use of the Contracts through the validation of the information contained in them.

·       Provide the payment to the client on the correct date.

·       Assure that the document will be signed and that the client receives his copy.

·       Analyse the investment by each Contract, in order to guarantee the right decisions and if it fits in the Budget.

·       Obtain the sales volume in the system.

·       Analyze the sales and execution numbers, through the spreadsheets and compares with the targets.

·       Formulate the monthly reports - M&S Report (Marketing and Sales Report), N1 - by presentation of the numbers of sales, execution and coverage.

·       Keep the information updated through constant analysis of numbers (financial and sales).

·       Manage the POS (Point of Sale) Materials stock by control of what comes or comes out

·       Support the material division by regional through organizations of the Distributors and leasing contracts.

 

 

 

 

Your experience includes:

· 
Minimum 1--2 years of experience in consumer goods and direct contact with market/commercial indicators

· 
Experience with Excel sheets and numbers analysis

· 
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· 
Attention to detail, logical thinker

· 
Analytical, research and problem solving skills

· 
High numerical ability

· 
Must have the ability to retrieve, understand and interpret data from numerous sources

· 

University Degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or similar

· 

Fluent in English
