Job description

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supplying the market with product (finished goods and visibility items) that reflects the premium brand of Red Bull, managing the Supply chain with its immediate objectives of transparency, flexibility and efficiency. He needs to Implement and manage Red Bull standard Operations processes for both finished goods and advertising material in cooperation with the Red Bull International operation team. He also supports the sales departments to offer better logistic solution to customers and company.

·  Forecasting and inventory management of the entire order cycle of finished goods and advertising material to satisfy the commercial objectives as stated within the Business Plan, and in the subsequent trade sales forecasts

 

·  Intense communication with all Red Bull stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure optimal operational efficiencies and support them in the most effective way for the company

 

·  Definition and implementation of strategies and best practices for handling of advertising and event materials

 

·  Ensure all the import process are handled according with all local regulations

 

·  Implements all Red Bull Operations Quality Standards as defined by the Red Bull International Quality Department

 

·  Ensures timely and effective distribution of finished goods and advertising material to the customers in accordance with the sales and marketing plans

 

·  Develop and implement all Purchasing policies, outsource guidelines and procedures (bid proposals, qualify of vendors, requirements documentation...) in conjunction with HQ and all departments with specific requirements

 

·  Verify that all operational activities comply with Safety – Health – Environment requirements (Code of conduct)

Η ΠΡΟΫΠΗΡΕΣΙΑ ΣΑΣ ΠΕΡΙΛΑΜΒΑΝΕΙ:

· 
A least 3 years of previous work experience in Logistics / Supply Chain at least 5 years working experience,  ideally in an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment

· 
Experience of working within an international supply chain in a group context

· 
Deep experience managing warehousing, logistics and transportation processes within a 3PL environment

· 
Leadership, Motivation, Innovation and Team Skills

· 
Ability to develop strategies for increasing distribution strength

· 
Exposure to Customer Relationship Management within a client facing division of an organization

· 
Deep working knowledge of SAP R/3 is a strong plus

· 
Good skills on all MS products such as Excel, Word and  PowerPoint are a must

· 
Hands on who also has the passion for details

· 

University Degree (Engeneering, Business Administration, etc.). Specialized qualifications in Logistics / Supply Chain Management will be valuable.

· 

Fluent English language written and spoken
