Job description

The Key Account Manager (KAM), eCommerce defines and executes Red Bull strategies across all Omni-channel accounts (e.g. Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc.) The role is responsible for infusing an entrepreneurial mindset into account management of fast growing and strategic customer sets – all within an emerging channel for Red Bull. The role’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to) – developing and executing the business plans, advising Key Account teams on eCommerce strategies, new initiatives, and eCommerce best practices. The role will take close partners internally with Operations, Finance and Retail Marketing to achieve business plan.

·  Plan & Deliver Commercial Results

Work with National Key Account teams to develop and execute annualized eCommerce strategies that deliver Red Bull and customer account business objectives.

Develop and lead strategies for new digital shopping models (Instacart, Shipt, etc.) that drives awareness and sales of Red Bull

Identify and execute Red Bull’s marketing mix to reach new users and differentiate against the competition.

Activate insights to drive actions that achieve Customer and Red Bull business objectives. 

Routinely engages in opportunities to build relationships and penetrate beyond buyer level.

·  Establish Category Leadership

Identify and close performance and opportunity gaps to achieve eCommerce priorities, establishing Red Bull as a category-leading supplier in the channel.

In partnership with cross-functional teams, develop category and shopper insights for eCommerce beverage and energy drink categories.

Identify opportunities to reach new consumers and bringing to life the Red Bull brand across various opportunities with Omnichannel Customers.

 

·  Cross-Functional Partnership

Work with Red Bull Key Account teams to upskill eCommerce knowledge, lead strategy discussions, and ensure business plan objective align with Red Bull eCommerce and Key Account strategies.

Accountable for managing cross-functional work streams to deliver unique solutions, in close partnership with key stakeholders including Finance, Ops, Retail Marketing, Shopper Insights. 

Ownership of HQ interface with fellow support functions; Finance, Operations, Advertising.

Build upon the eCommerce learning agenda by leveraging new customer account capabilities and data to find opportunities for future revenue and/or brand marketing opportunities

·  Business Reviews & Reporting

Develop comprehensive sales and share measurement approach and scorecards.

Conduct quarterly business reviews to measure progress against sales and financial targets and provide competitive analysis.

Provide energy insights that influence merchandising, price, and promotion to achieve business targets. 

Proactively shares examples of Red Bull Marketing activities to differentiate vs. competition. 

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
3 years eCommerce account management experience preferably with experience working for a ‘pure play’ online retailer such as Amazon, Jet, etc.

· 
Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies

· 
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment are a must

· 
Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate cross department networking

· 
Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and collaboration abilities

· 
Experience working with Digital Advertising Agencies

· 
Strong conceptual thinking and design critiquing skills

· 
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

· 

Bachelor’s Degree required

· 

Fluent in English
