The Foodservice Customer Specialist’s main priority is opening, developing, and managing accounts in multiple segments within the Foodservice channel; including Business & Industry, QSR, Lodging, and Hospitality. As ambassadors of the brand, they are responsible for driving sales and awareness by; increasing product availability in accounts, establishing and maintaining package distribution, creating territory sales plans and budgets, executing national programs with customers, and leveraging Red Bull resources to drive consumer engagement.

· TERRITORY OWNERSHIP
- Target and open new accounts within specific geographic territory
- Analyze territory and account specific business to clearly understand key volume drivers
- Convince key decision makers to implement tactics to drive Red Bull volume growth/consumer off take
- Primary responsibility for identification of, and premium brand execution in, a portfolio of top accounts in market
- Support of national and regional contract activation's
· ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Capitalize on the At-Work product usage occasion by achieving incremental market distribution
- Develop brand presence at customer accounts through effective point of sale marketing, portfolio expansion, promotional activity, and account activations
- Ensure Red Bull retail execution standards are maintained with all customers
- Set volume goals with each account in alignment with national Red Bull foodservice objectives
- Review volume and business building initiatives with accounts on a regular basis
- Win new local customers and regional chains to drive Foodservice Distribution expansion
· BRAND AMBASSADOR
- Drive value creation for both Red Bull and retail outlets through premium program executions that create consumer engagement with the product and brand
- Manage sampling and trial events to win new consumers and influence industry decision markers
- Establish and build relationships with key influencers and Food Management Company personnel
- Routinely lead staff engagement sessions across Food Management Company units
- Participate in distributor training's and meetings to ensure understanding of Red Bull brand and initiatives
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)

Outstanding sales experience and track record in FMCG industry, foodservice preferred (2+ years)
·
Supplier experience preferred
·
Excellent communication skills including presentation and training ability
·
Creative mind, outgoing personality and friendly
·
Self-motivated and able to work independently
·
Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
·
Valid Driver’s License
·
Bachelor’s Degree required
·
Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
