Job description

Working within the Communications Team, the Communication Specialist Digital Media is responsible for all aspects of the Red Bull´s brand perception across internal and external digital and interactive media platforms. In line with Red Bull´s global Digital Media Strategy, the overall purpose of the job is to operate, lead and activate all own Red Bull digital channels especially the Local Page redbull.xx. In addition, he/she creates digital media tailored content for Red Bull channels on different party platforms, especially the Red Bull Fan page on Facebook and any locally applicable channels and digital media. He/she's responsible for the activation of all those channels and content in order to create and foster long-term relationships with consumers - engage consumers where they are and convert them to Red Bull digital users. He/she should have good redaction in editorial writings also, good management of staff.

·  Digital Programme Development

He/she develops and delivers a yearly local digital program which links with the global Red Bull Digital Media Strategy and the local business plan priorities and sets clear targets to evaluate the success of digital marketing activities. 

·  Trend Identification

He/she constantly identifies, analyses and aligns the latest digital media trends and emerging technologies, seeks out new opportunities and applies them to the Red Bull (marketing/communication) strategy. 

In alignment with both the Red Bull Media House Digital Media Team as well as the local Marketing/Communications Team in order to make sure that relevant trends are integrated into Red Bull (country) strategy, followed by its execution.

·  Benchmarking

He/she benchmarks best practice examples in and outside the world of Red Bull relevant for Red Bull owned media channels e.g. Red Bull TV. 

·  Digital Marketing and Communication Activities 

- He/she plans, executes and analyses all digital marketing and communication activities on the local market.

- Manages the redbull.xx as number 1 priority (operational and strategy), including lead of community relations with host countries and a strong focus on live experience. 

- Increase visits, increase duration of time, increase repeat visit rate, increase search engine referrals, increase conversion rate from social networks, reduce bounce rate.

- Ensures all relevant digital communication channels are managed and activated in line with international strategy (web, online, mobile, games, social media activities, etc.). 

- Oversees and collaborates with Red Bull Media House Digital Media Team on all gaming initiatives (console, mobile, online).

- Manages relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and parties (e.g. Brand Management, Media Rights Management, Digital Media Group, Suppliers) to deliver digital solutions to further promote the local marketing activities. 

- Makes editorially sure that the message to consumers (text, photo, moving images) is web tailored, user-oriented, engaging, up-to-date and accurate.

- Collaborates with the Digital Media Editorial Team at the Red Bull Media House to maximise efficiencies for content production across digital platforms (e.g. creation, production, distribution and evaluation).

- Ensures technical standards and requirements are being met.

·  Stakeholder Communication

He/she reports to stakeholders on projects, planning and results.

·  Digital Communication Budget

He/she manages the local digital communications budget and secures smart and efficient funds allocation to optimise expenditure. 

A tua experiência inclui:

2-3 years work experience in a similar position.

· 
Experience and an excellent eye for detail in web and digital media. An understanding of productions across all digital mediums is desired. 

· 
An excellent understanding of how to communicate with different audiences and strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, influence and build rapport at all levels, and to explain complex issues in plain English. 

· 
Excellent organisational and project planning/management skills coupled with the ability to work in a self-directed manner. 

· 
Experience in budgeting and basic financial reporting.

· 
Ability to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors.

· 
Ability to influence and advise wider team.

· 
Highly efficient and effective project management and organisational skills.

· 

Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Commnications, journalism or any other related )

· 

Strong oral and written communication skills including excellent grammar and spelling in English 100%
