Job description
The Consumer Collecting intern will manage and work on cross-functional projects through-out the summer. They will lead on an array of key projects, with a specific focus on managing the annual recruitment and training of the Student Marketeer Programme; “Flight School College". This is a paid three-month internship from June to August. Please apply as soon as possible; applications close on 31st March.

· WINGS TEAM & STUDENT BRAND MANAGER RECRUITMENT
Management of the recruitment system
Assist in the delivery of regional recruitment and on-boarding of new hires
Assist in the delivery of onboarding training days
· CONSUMER COLLECTING FLIGHT SCHOOL COLLEGE
Manage the onboarding Flight School event, deliver from concept to execution
Manage and deliver across all aspects of the training days including agencies, developing brand touch points, location, scheduling and format.
Budget and agency management
· WINGS TEAM PROJECT: ORGANICS SAMPLING
Assist with the national Organic sampling plan
Identify key opportunities across London & South for the summer Wings Team
· STUDENT BRAND MANAGER PROJECT: BACK TO UNI/FRESHERS
Work with all Field Marketing Specialists to create or renew SBM tools ready for a September start
Create sales support briefs ready for a September start
Work with our National Off Premise contact to align on briefs for Q3
Work with Brand and Field Marketing to deliver bespoke indirect sampling plan
Your experience includes:

End-to-end project management experience with ability to work autonomously

Exceptional communication, administration and organisational skills

Creative mind with an attention to detail but also the ability to see the big picture

Confident and comfortable working with a variety of people in an informal but professional manner
·

We value experience over formal education.

Fluent in written and spoken English
