Puressentiel has opened a subsidiary in the UK in August 2014 and would like to reinforce its Commercial team by recruiting a Customer Development Manager for the London region
Poste et missions:
Reporting to the UK Commercial Director and the Senior Customer Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and grow the existing Greater London independent pharmacy channel, growing existing business and identifying new retail customers (i.e. regional pharmacy accounts and independent pharmacies) by building new relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Implement a strong, successful education and training programme to educate, train and motivate all relevant pharmacy staff
- Manage any necessary sales budgets
- Sell and promote the Puressentiel products at specific agreed retailer events
- Support the UK Puressentiel team on all sales and marketing matters
- Active participation across the company
Profil:
Graduate with a degree in Business and/or in Pharmaceutical, with at least a significant and successful work experience in sales and if possible in the pharmaceutical area (a real plus if it occurred in the UK). You like taking on business/commercial challenges, you are confident and feel well at ease to work daily with pharmacists and their teams. You will have strong commercial acumen, be very well organised, autonomous, be a good negotiator and are results oriented. You will have a high level of English (both oral and written communication skills). Finally, you must hold a clean full driving license.
You will be a real ambassador of Laboratoire Puressentiel and are fully motivated to take part of a young and dynamic company in a challenging pharmaceutic market.
