Procter & Gamble Gillette Plant located in Łódź is looking for candidates for

Managerial Development Program in Production Department


6-12 months program
Start: immediately
Work schedule: 4-5 days/week

This Managerial Development Program is intended to unleash high potential in the best students/fresh alumni coming from Polish top technical universities. Its successful completion can be a start point for long-term career and can result in a full time offer in our organization.

The job scope includes:
· Opportunity to work on improving efficiency of high speed automated machines
· Working on challenging projects including organizational as well as technical aspect
· Leading projects and project teams, e.g. building capabilities and expertise in electronics and PLC areas
· Creating and implementing strategy for electronic support in production departments

Desired profile

We are looking for:
·  Students of master programs and fresh graduates up to 12 months after graduation (Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Controls, Electronics or similar faculties)
·  Skills like communication, initiative, leadership and the ability to work effectively with others, creativity and innovation
·  PLC familiarity
·  Very good English skills
