We are looking for a candidate in our Bratislava office on the position of

Assistant in the

Sales Department


Start: immediately

Work schedule: 40 hours/week

Salary incl. benefits: 1050 EUR/month

Job scope:

Technical, administrative support and data coordination within sales team, which is focusing on category and market knowledge. Job includes daily collaboration with multifunctional teams in Slovakia and Czech and ad hoc across Central Europe countries.


Key responsibilities:


· Prepares and analyze the sellout data for portfolio efficiency analysis
· Creates planograms (proposal of product placement on shelves) in Space Planning program
· Administrate project tool of the team and team cloud sharing system · Maintain & updates the product 'picture' and 'size' database in space management software
· Helps to analyze shopper data · Administration support: events organization, accommodation booking
· Coordination of briefing and helping with external Agencies for in-store specific solutions

Qualifications

Competencies & Capabilities:

· Technical mastery: Excel (advanced level)
· Very good analytical skills
· High school/University degree
· Discipline and efficiency
· English and Czech language: advance in written and spoken
· Ability to work with precision and autonomy
