Meaningful responsibilities of this role include:

Working with our teams to design sensory studies to support new product development, C2P2T modeling efforts, develop new sensory methods based on
the needs and objectives of research, work with teams to iterate through prototype assessments, design studies to support marketing claims, train
and transfer methods to manufacturing sites, summarize results, and demonstrate sensory results to make informed, actionable business
recommendations.

Your Responsibilities

•Identification, Training, Qualification, and Leadership to support the Health Care Business
•Design and Execution of Robust Sensory Studies to support business objectives related to product design, claims support, product stability
assessments, and model development
•Transfer of sensory methods to P&G and partner manufacturing sites and training of sensory QA capability at the same sites
•New sensory method development and deployment

Do you have these Qualifications?

•PhD in sensory science or related field with a sensory emphasis, e.g., Neuroscience, Physiology, Psychology, or Food Science.
•Masters degree in these fields with a minimum of 3 years experience.
•Experience in the selection, training, and qualification of Descriptive Analysis Panels. Additionally, experience in leadership such as
evaluation protocol development, new attribute development, attribute reference searches and qualification, and ongoing overall panelist
qualification.
•You will be responsible for the robust experimental design for Oral Care sensory research projects. Specifically applying critical thinking
techniques to ensure that experiments deliver against the research objective and/or scientific question with the most effective and efficient
design.
•You will have a working knowledge of the basic statistics and statistical software packages and will have experiences in translating sensory
data into actionable next steps and conclusions.
•You will provide critical support to projects across the global Oral Care business. Collaboration with the Project Partners from a diverse set
of functions including Projects Research, Process & Formulation, Global Product Stewardship, Quality Assurance, and Commercial Functions is
essential, therefore communication and teamwork skills are highly desired.
•Our business is rapidly changing, therefore you will possess the ability to adopt change quickly to enable team and project agility in meeting
business goals.
