Task & Responsibilities:
Regular Field Visit (SFE) & build up relationship via getting regular feedback and meaningful dialogue & coordinate the execution of sales plans & programs & identify sales opportunity

Conduct sales call regularly as assigned

establish good relationship with pharmacists/trade, build top of mind of our brands
·
Deliver sales targets
·
Responsible for the needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale delivery and post-sale services to customers
·
Keeps records and report on all activities
·
May identify new potential customers Have concrete idea where is the sales come from in his/her territory what is the current trend
·
Able to initiate new ideas to expand distribution, grow business in potential accounts and explore business opportunities Master in selling technique, objection handling skill / problem solving
·
Basic knowledge on selling technique and can handle objections Familiar in the therapeutic area / Delivery of message in order to change mindset of doctors
·
Good product knowledge, objection handling, product positioning
·
Basic industry know-how Daily Report / MI / Team Meeting / Sales & Marketing Meeting
·
Submit reports in time
Qualifications
Educational Level
· F.5 or above
Experience
· 3 years or above Open Trade (Medicine Shops & RX drug stores) sales experience
Computer skill
· Familiar with Excel & Word
Language abilities
· Fluent written and spoken in Chinese and basic English
